POSITION: Custodial Worker II

SALARY: $25.47 Per Hour/ Per CSEA Contract (Plus 4% Night Differential)

LOCATION: Riverhead Middle School

HOURS: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

START DATE: 2025-2026 School Year

Job Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Valid NYS Driver’s License

• One (1) year of experience in cleaning a municipal or private building

• One (1) year of experience as a permanent Custodial Worker I

• Ability to lead a crew of custodial workers in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale     

• Ability to communicate with co-workers and public, ability to understand and implement oral and written instructions

• Spanish speaking preferred but not required
