Job Description

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Valid New York State School Building Leader Certification

• Minimum five years of successful experience in education, including teaching, supervision, and/or administration

• Instructional leadership

• Prior secondary-level experience

• Ability to speak and write clearly and effectively

• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, colleagues, and community groups

• Is a child-centered individual who requires dignity and respect for all persons related to the school

• Strong communication, problem-solving and human relations skills

• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
